Spring brings Mothers Day, then Easter & during these latter winter months I have been, of course preserving those wonderful Seville Orange Marmalade, some with Clementines; Stem Ginger. Now its Blood Oranges some combined with Pink Grapefruit WOW! that’s good too. Tomorrow I will be pairing Pineapples with Coconut Rum Wow and Wow again. This is such a delicious dessert with it without grating dark chocolate on which takes it to another level-if that possible. Get in touch if you wld like a gift that’s si delicious and so different.
