MoMo’s Preserves are my pride and joy. I make delicious preserves using traditional methods and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
I am always interested in the alchemy of mixing flavours which evolve into a new preserve. As was the case in 2015 when challenged to make up a marmalade to go with sausages and my creation contained Clementines, Red onion and Harissa. I was delighted that it was awarded a Bronze at the Dalemain National Marmalade Competition.
The same year I was also awarded Gold for my Oxford Marmalade at the Dalemain National Marmalade Competition and Silver in 2016 for my Lemon and Grapefruit Marmalade as well as a Highly Commended for Top o’ the Mornin Breakfast Marmalade.
Since then I have achieved 2 Great Taste awards from the Guild of Fine Foods for Clementine & Contreau and Fine Cut Lime Marmalade.
